Thanks for the detailed report of Prairie, Greg! I wasn't planning on providing an update of Dog, but given that you did, I think I'll give mine as well. Dog was soarable today with extremely light conditions. I flew for almost 2.5 hrs (4:40 to7:00 pm). The wind speed was better earlier in the day, but slowly decline as the day went on.

The first group (approx 5 hangs) launched earlier (around 4pm) were able to get up 300 - 400 ft above launch, but then got flushed later.  l launched around 4:40 pm sharing small bubbles of thermals with Larry, Stas, Vincent and Eric. The lift band was narrow, with lots of on/off small thermal bubbles near the top of trees in front of launch. My highest elevation was about a hundred or two feet over launch.

After nearly 2 hrs boating in front of launch alone and seeing no improvement with conditions, I decided to head out to Elk across the lake and turned around back to Dog.  It was still working in light west wind at the lower ridge above the road. By this time, it was nearly 7pm and with almost 2.5 hrs of flying, I felt I've had enough and went for landing. That's it for the day! This is few pics from today.

4 hours flight at Blanchard (Bow, Washington) 05/22/20

Blanchard (near Bellingham Washington) was awesome today. I launched at 1:45pm after James F showing us it's on and l flew for over four hrs with more than dozen hang gliders.  It was an easy climb for everyone topping between 2,000 to 3,000 ft.(launch is 1,250ft/ LZ 0ft MSL)  Couple thermals took me to the cloudsbase at 3,500ft.  The winds were blowing SW approximately 5-13 mph at launch. Smooth air . Two paragliders flew earlier.   Thanks again to Thomas, Travis, Luis, James, Shawn...  for driving.  I'll share video and pics later.
